This is in connection with FIR No. 10/2024 dated 11.05.2024, registered under Sections 7/7A/9/13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018) read with Sections 420/409/418/120-B IPC at PS Anti-Corruption Branch, GNCTD.

The case was registered on the complaint of Directorate of Vigilance, GNCTD regarding large-scale irregularities, manipulation of tender conditions and criminal conspiracy in the tendering process relating to augmentation/upgradation of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) of the Delhi Jal Board (DJB).
