Ozaka Joute - Magician who wins hearts with his magic skills!

Meet Ozaka Joute, a talented and Mizoram Got Talent star who rose to fame with his impressive magic performances.

Robert Lalsansuok, famously known as Ozaka Joute, was born on November 17, 2001, to Pauneihkhuma (late) and Lalrammawi. He is the youngest of three children. He stands at a height of 5'9" (ft).

"Ozaka Joute comes from a family of three brothers, and they live in Sielmat, Churachandpur, Manipur.

"Ozaka Joute is affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of India (EFCI). Academically, he completed his 12th standard and hasn't pursued further education yet. In his free time, he enjoys cardistry (magic), badminton, music (rap), and drumming."

When did you discover your interest in magic?

~ "If I'm not mistaken, it was around 2016, shortly after my father's passing.

How did your father's passing influence your interest in magic?

~ "After his passing, I didn't hang out with friends much and preferred being alone. During that time, I stumbled upon magic and developed an interest in it. It wasn't because of someone else's influence, as magic wasn't very popular on YouTube back then. We didn't see much magic on American Got Talent or Britain's Got Talent either."

How did you get into magic?

"I discovered magic through a video, and without knowing how it was done, I tried to replicate it. I showed it to my friends and family, and their reactions encouraged me to pursue it further."

When did you start performing magic regularly?

~ "I don't remember exactly, but I participated in Lamka Got Talent and later in Youngster Talent Hunt, where I was the 1st Runner-up. After that, I started getting show invitations."

Do you face challenges while performing magic?

~ "Yes, as a close-up magician, it's challenging to perform for a large audience without a big screen. Card tricks are hard to showcase on stage without proper equipment."

What motivated you to participate in Mizoram Got Talent?

~ "I wanted to visit Mizoram, which is my father's birthplace and a place I've always wanted to explore. When I heard about the talent show, I jumped at the opportunity."

Do you think magic is related to Satanism?

~ "I don't think there's any connection between magic and Satanism. Magic is an art form, and its purpose is entertainment."

What are your other interests besides magic?

"I enjoy playing badminton, music (drums and rap), and I'm passionate about these hobbies."

What do you think Mizoram's strengths are?

~ "Mizoram is a beautiful place with polite and helpful people. I feel comfortable here, and it's one of my favorite places in Northeast India."

What are your favorite things?

~ Color: Red, Food: My mom's cooking, Music: I enjoy various genres, but my taste might not be sophisticated. I'm also fond of a particular young singer's songs."
