Aizawl | August 29, 2019: The live broadcast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi launching the ‘Fit India Movement” was viewed by higher educational institutes across the country as per instructions given by the University Grant Commission (UGC). Mizoram University arranged this programme in Multipurpose Hall, MZU which was attended by the Vice Chancellor and Registrar along with faculties and students of the university.
The participants pledged to live a better and healthier life, after which they fulfilled the UGC’s request to walk at least 10,000 steps by walking from the Multipurpose Hall, MZU.
