The Mizoram Snooker & Billiards Association (MSBA) is the governing body for snooker and billiards in the Indian state of Mizoram. The organization aims to promote and develop cue sports in Mizoram, providing a platform for local players to compete and improve their skills.

The MSBA was established in 2001 with the objective of promoting and developing cue sports in Mizoram.
